In 2022, Changzhou Yuchai continued to increase investment in R&D of pile engineering series products, firmly fulfilling the mission of "providing customers with leading and applicable engineering machinery products and services," adhering to the original aspiration of "continuously creating value for customers," and committed to making pile foundation construction simpler, more efficient, and safer. Drawing on nearly twenty years of experience in developing complete sets of pile foundation construction products, the company quickly and efficiently launched the domestic first and smallest YCR25 micro rotary drilling rig, and successively brought to market in batches models such as YCR35, YCR90, YCR60 low-headroom, YCR160 low-headroom, YCR335 Caterpillar chassis, and YCR405 rotary drilling rigs. In collaboration with the headquarters, it launched the YC215 multifunctional photovoltaic drilling rig and the YC215 rotary drilling rig dedicated excavator, winning unanimous customer recognition.

The newly developed remote monitoring platform for pile foundation construction can monitor machine working status, fuel consumption, construction progress, and other construction information in real time, allowing customers to follow equipment construction dynamics online at any time; the convenient and fast online after-sales service platform enables customers to make one-click quick repair requests via mobile phone, allowing service personnel to provide faster and more precise after-sales service for equipment; the new generation of touch-screen display has a more technological appearance, faster touch response, and supports remote program downloads and remote fault diagnosis, safeguarding safe and efficient construction for customers' equipment. The pile engineering series rotary drilling rig products released at this event are equipped with a new high-braking-torque slewing reducer, capable of delivering greater torque; imported brand hydraulic systems, efficient, energy-saving, and stable; and new imported brand engines, providing continuous strong power while maintaining low fuel consumption.
