I. Debut Construction: Building Our Own Site at a High Level

Outside the factory buildings of the XCMG Foundation Engineering Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base, a brand-new trencher is moving back and forth on the road surface, trenching, discharging spoil, and backfilling. Using intelligent automated construction technology, it achieves efficient construction through trenching torque feedback, sensing formation hardness, and automatically matching travel speed...

The intelligent manufacturing base has a total of 8 trenches, each about 16 meters long. On the basis of not damaging the road surface and maximizing cost savings, the XCMG XMT550 trencher only needs a preset route to automatically complete the trenching operation.

When working on concrete surfaces with a hardness of 40 MPa, the XCMG trencher achieves a construction efficiency of 80-100 m/h, completing a single trench in just over ten minutes with high trench quality, earning unanimous praise from the construction team.

II. Brothers of One Heart: XCMG Gold Shines at the New Base

At the science and technology building, an XCMG XR280D rotary drilling rig is also hard at work. With the dual support of the machine's superior performance and the enthusiasm of "building our home with our own hands," a single XCMG XR280D rotary drilling rig, even when facing geology such as moderately weathered limestone, completed 179 secant piles—90 reinforced concrete piles and 90 plain concrete piles each—in just one month, providing strong support for the smooth construction of the new base.

Brothers of one heart can cut through metal. During construction, XCMG cranes, excavators, and other products also enthusiastically participated in the construction, contributing to the creation of a world-class intelligent manufacturing base for foundation engineering machinery.

III. Low-Carbon Factory: Deep Well Drilling Rigs Extract Geothermal Resources

Green energy utilization is one of the highlights of the XCMG Foundation Engineering Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base, which adopts solar photovoltaic power generation and ground-source heat pump technology. Once completed, renewable energy will account for more than 80% of the plant's total energy consumption.

Two XCMG deep well drilling rigs have erected their derricks at the construction site, going more than 120 meters underground to transport geothermal energy to the surface through pipes without disturbing the underground soil, rock layers, or water bodies, greatly leveraging the underground resource advantages of Jiawang District. During construction, the XCMG deep water well drilling rigs have strong environmental adaptability, can effectively control ground settlement, and can significantly improve construction efficiency and quality.

It is understood that the science and technology building uses ground-source heat pumps for heating and cooling to conduct geothermal exchange, which is expected to save 700,000 kWh of electricity per year.

Thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system, XCMG is building the Foundation Engineering Machinery Intelligent Manufacturing Base at a high level with a strong "sense of answering the call," polishing Xuzhou's reputation as the "Capital of Construction Machinery" even brighter and contributing new strength to the country's advanced manufacturing clusters.
