As the low-carbon, emission-reduction "China IV" era officially begins, Zoomlion's China IV rotary drilling rigs are accelerating their deployment across the country, pressing the fast-forward button for green infrastructure construction. On December 4, Zoomlion's all-new China IV G-series rotary drilling rig ZR420GW was successfully delivered to a customer in Shandong, and more China IV models are being shipped out successively.

It is understood that this China IV winch-pressure model ZR420GW was delivered to Anhui Taifang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., which is deepening cooperation with Zoomlion in the application of rotary drilling rigs, full-casing full-rotation drilling rigs and other equipment. This unit will participate in the construction of the Jinan West Railway Station transportation hub project.

"As a representative of our G-series products, the ZR420GW rotary drilling rig features strong large-pile construction capability, high construction stability, powerful performance, good controllability and flexible mobility between sites, making it suitable for a very wide range of scenarios. For typical working conditions such as large-diameter pile holes, hard rock and deep pile construction, the ZR420GW will deliver strong and sustained performance thanks to its advantages of high power, large displacement, high torque and high crowd force," introduced Zhu Changlin, director of the Zoomlion Rotary Drilling Rig Product Research Institute.

According to the introduction, the ZR420GW is easy to install and convenient to operate. Its power head crowd stroke reaches 13 meters, enabling integral crowding of casings over 10 meters in length, and it can be extended for long-flight auger drilling, forming a pile hole more than 10 meters deep in a single pass without repeatedly lifting and lowering the drill, greatly improving construction efficiency.

On this basis, the ZR420GW can also be optionally equipped with adaptive crowding and floating pedals, and features wire rope pre-tensioning, 720-degree full-view stereoscopic monitoring, and mobile APP push of equipment information.

At present, in response to the new China IV standards, Zoomlion's rotary drilling rigs have been fully renewed, with six G-series China IV models launched: ZR180G, ZR240G, ZR360G, ZR420G-Ⅱ, ZR420GW and ZR420GP, revealing the impressive "Big G" lineup.

Among them, the ZR240G was also recently delivered to a customer in Yibin, Sichuan. As a "soft-and-hard" building construction tool, it adopts a high-speed power head paired with a low-pressure-loss system, drilling soil quickly and saving fuel. "This Big G has strong performance and good practical results—it's the key to winning with China IV!" the customer said, very satisfied with the performance of Zoomlion's China IV rotary drilling rig.
