Project Updates

Recently, the foundation pit support and ground treatment project for the Archives Technology and Service Building project, the earthwork and support project for the outpatient and inpatient comprehensive building of Pangang Group General Hospital, and the foundation pit support, dewatering and anti-floating anchor project for the Music Art Building construction project of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, all undertaken by Chengkan Institute, have officially commenced construction.

Foundation Pit Support and Ground Treatment Project for the Archives Technology and Service Building Project

The project is located in Shuanggui Road Subdistrict, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, north of Tonghui Street and west of Huiquan North Road. It mainly consists of a high-rise archives building, external service buildings and a pure basement, with a net construction land area of approximately 10,006 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 81,600 square meters. The foundation pit depth is approximately 11.65 m to 15.15 m. Chengkan Institute is responsible for the foundation pit support and ground treatment works of the project.

The completion of the Archives Technology and Service Building project will help strengthen the development of archive resources and comprehensively improve archive management. It will contribute urban construction strength to ensuring archive management support and services and to building a park city demonstration area that practices the new development philosophy.‍

Earthwork and Support Project for the Outpatient and Inpatient Comprehensive Building of Pangang Group General Hospital

The project is located at No. 279 Longqing Road, East District, Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province. It mainly involves the construction of a new outpatient and inpatient comprehensive building, with a total planned construction area of approximately 44,610 square meters. The main building has 15 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with approximately 600 beds. Chengkan Institute is responsible for the earthwork and support works of the project. After completion, the outpatient and inpatient comprehensive building of Pangang Group General Hospital will further improve the medical environment and basic conditions for the people of Panzhihua City and help enhance local medical resources and medical service capacity.‍

Foundation Pit Support, Dewatering and Anti-Floating Anchor Project for the Music Art Building Construction Project of Sichuan Conservatory of Music

The project is located at No. 6 Xinsheng Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. The total construction area of the project is approximately 41,997 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is approximately 33,100 square meters, mainly including piano rooms, rehearsal halls, classrooms, rehearsal theaters and academic lecture halls; the underground construction area is approximately 8,897 square meters, mainly including parking garages, classrooms and equipment rooms. The foundation pit excavation depth is approximately 14.5 m to 15.9 m. Chengkan Institute is mainly responsible for the implementation of the foundation pit support, dewatering and anti-floating anchor works of the project.

The completion of the Music Art Building project of Sichuan Conservatory of Music will greatly improve the school's teaching conditions, make up for the shortage of teaching space, deepen the integration of industry and education, and support the construction of Chengdu as an international capital of music and the development of the local urban music district.
