This product covers a hole diameter range of 115-165mm and a maximum hole depth of 36m, and can be widely used for drilling operations in coal, metal, limestone and sand and gravel aggregate mines.

The equipment adopts the internationally renowned Cummins China IV engine, with a maximum power of 264kW. Through the high-pressure common rail + DOC + DPF + SCR technical route, it achieves the best balance among emission control, economic benefits and power efficiency. At the same time, it is equipped with an original imported Elemann head, with a working pressure of 21bar and an air displacement of 19.3m³/min, greatly improving work efficiency and enabling efficient drilling!

The SWDE152BF adopts a heavy-duty drill boom with multiple degrees of freedom, featuring large bearing capacity and fast and convenient positioning. It meets the needs of vertical, inclined and horizontal multi-angle blast hole drilling and matches various complex geological drilling requirements. It is equipped with Sunward's patented high-torque rotary power head, which has a simple structure, high rotation speed and large torque, avoiding drill jamming and drilling tool loss, and meeting the needs of soft rock cutting and drilling.

03. Green and Environmentally Friendly

The equipment adopts a cyclone + laminar flow two-stage dust removal system, equipped with an imported dust removal motor and a patented anti-impact device, with a dust removal efficiency of over 95%. At the same time, an optional water mist dust removal system can better protect the hole and provide a clean working and construction environment.‍

The equipment adopts the universal four-wheel and one-track system of excavators, reinforced wear-resistant track pads, and is equipped with high-torque travel motors, effectively meeting the requirements of drilling and blasting operation scenarios under various working conditions. The cab has a wide field of view and is equipped with a suspension seat, micro-pressurization and fresh air system, providing a comfortable working environment for drivers and passengers.

05. Convenient Maintenance

Adhering to the design concept of stand-on maintenance, the maintenance and parameter adjustment of this equipment are all set on the side of the driver's cab. The maintenance of the engine and air compressor can be easily completed on the ground, making it safer, more convenient and more efficient.

Sunward's self-developed rock drilling adaptive control system can automatically output operating parameters according to rock conditions, effectively cope with complex strata, and adaptively match according to hole opening and rod connection/disconnection, effectively preventing drill jamming and improving drilling efficiency.
