Application of Yongan Machinery's YZ-500 Dual-Synchronous Hydraulic Vibratory Hammer in the Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge Project

The newly built Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge is located in Jiangsu Province. The bridge connects the three cities of Zhangjiagang, Jingjiang, and Rugao. The river-crossing section of the bridge has a total length of 7,859 meters, with a project investment of 31.166 billion yuan. Construction Section 1 is undertaken by CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd.

The bridge foundation piles for this project are 65 meters long, with a pile diameter of 3.28 meters and a pile wall thickness of 2 centimeters. The geology consists of silt and sand layers, and the penetration depth reaches 41 meters. Because this construction section is located in the center of the Yangtze River, where the current is turbulent and undercurrents surge, and because of the dense pile group, construction is very difficult. Yongan Machinery and the project department communicated closely and worked jointly. Relying on its excellent YZ-500 dual-synchronous hydraulic vibratory hammer, all piles were driven to the specified elevation in only eight days, earning high recognition and praise from the project department's leadership!

Yongan Machinery's YZ-500 dual-synchronous hydraulic vibratory hammer has an eccentric moment of 560 Kgm, an exciting force of 10,380 kN, and a maximum pile extraction force of 5,000 kN. The entire machine is equipped with original imported German FAG high-speed heavy-duty bearings and adopts a dual lubrication system. It uses key components such as Parker motors, Rexroth hydraulic systems, and imported damping rubber, together with its two parallel 1600P hydraulic power stations, ensuring long-term, high-load piling operations for this project!
