To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and make it more deeply rooted in the hearts and minds of all, on the afternoon of November 18, Changzhou Yuchai held a themed event titled 'Studying the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, Pooling Strength for Development.' All employees of Changzhou Yuchai participated in the event. The activities included studying the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, a Party-building knowledge contest on the 20th CPC National Congress, and watching the red film The Founding of an Army, among others.

First, Zhang Chengwei, Party branch secretary of Changzhou Yuchai, led all employees in an in-depth study of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and called on everyone to study deeply and clarify the direction, to understand the new ideas, new judgments, new goals, new measures, and new requirements put forward by the 20th CPC National Congress, and to make contributions in the new era.

Then came the Party-building knowledge contest on the 20th CPC National Congress. In this contest, all employees were divided into groups to compete fiercely on basic knowledge of the 20th CPC National Congress, Party history and Party-building knowledge, and more. The knowledge contest combined knowledge, education, and fun. It not only set up individual required-answer and team buzzer-answer segments but also added a help segment, achieving on-site interaction. During the competition, everyone chased one another, grew braver as the contest went on, and answered confidently, creating a very lively atmosphere. The contest tested everyone's usual knowledge reserves and also challenged their on-site reaction abilities.

Finally, all employees watched the red film The Founding of an Army. The film recreated the passionate years in which Chinese soldiers defended their faith with willpower and action and sacrificed themselves to protect their country and homes. It allowed everyone to review the Party's extraordinary history and gave everyone a profoundly meaningful lesson in patriotism.

This themed event created a strong atmosphere within the company for all employees to study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, enabled all employees to deeply understand the historical significance of the report of the 20th CPC National Congress, accurately grasp the mission and tasks, action guidelines, and major policies put forward by the 20th CPC National Congress, and guided all employees to contribute to the new journey of the company's development.
