II. Tenderee: Chongqing Kaizhou Puli New Area Management Committee

III. Total project investment: 10,519.368 million yuan

IV. Project overview: Main construction contents:

(1) Municipal infrastructure projects: including Kaizhou urban north-south expressway (Jiangpu Tunnel), Puli New Area municipal roads, parking lots, natural gas pressure regulating stations, sewage treatment plants, water supply plants, water supply pipelines, and utility tunnels.

(2) Urban public service supporting facilities projects: including new middle schools, Grade 3A hospitals, agricultural and sideline products trading centers, commercial concrete mixing stations, gas stations, and limestone mines for building stone.

(3) Industrial supporting facilities projects: standard factory buildings and R&D centers.

V. Project cooperation period:

The cooperation period of this project is 30 years, including a construction period of 6 years and an overall operation period of 24 years. Some sub-projects will be operated in advance, and each sub-project shall be calculated according to the actual construction and operation period requirements. If the construction time is adjusted, the operation period shall be shortened or extended accordingly, and the total cooperation period of each sub-project shall remain unchanged at 30 years.
