On November 18, 2022, the 4th National Geotechnical Engineering Construction Technology and Equipment Innovation Forum concluded successfully at the Taodu Peninsula Hotel in Yixing. More than 300 experts, scholars, and representatives of geotechnical construction enterprises and equipment manufacturers attended the event in person at the Peninsula Hotel. Another 150 conference delegates participated online from sub-venues in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Kunming, and Ningbo. A cumulative total of more than 50,000 views were recorded via the live stream on the WeChat Channels platform.

The report focused on Shanghai Jintai's recent R&D innovation and application achievements in the field of new pile wall equipment. These included a demonstration of the tangible results of the LZ40 intelligent deep mixing (pile planting) drilling rig, which has effectively reduced construction costs, ensured pile quality, and improved construction efficiency in multiple large-scale building projects across China; the SV90 ultra-deep vibro-replacement stone column drilling rig, which builds on the SV70's world-record 70 m vibro-replacement stone column capability with further upgraded capacity; the high-torque hybrid SX50 dual-wheel trench cutter, which has continued to set new domestic records for ultra-deep diaphragm wall construction depth year after year and has now surpassed 143 m, with Jintai's dual-wheel cutter set to challenge 220 m ultra-deep diaphragm walls in 2023; the SC50 ultra-deep equal-thickness cement-soil mixing wall drilling rig, with case studies in foundation pit support, dam reinforcement, anchorage pit construction under special working conditions, and underground sewage treatment projects; the world's largest model, the SG100 diaphragm wall hydraulic grab, now deployed at the Jinding Commercial and Cultural Construction Project in Pudong, Shanghai; and the SH60 super-large rotary drilling rig, which set a record for 143 m super-deep pile construction. From the outset of development, these products were designed to meet the specialized equipment needs of specific projects and specific construction methods. Through repeated application validation and continuous improvement, they have ultimately formed a special product portfolio that is uniquely Jintai's and second to none in the industry, creating one miracle after another for Chinese construction equipment in major national projects.
