近日深交所通报了2021年度深市主板公司信息披露考核结果，徐工机械（000425.SZ）获评最高等级--A（优秀），这是徐工自2017年以来连续第五年获得最高评级。
深交所的信息披露考核是以上市公司信息披露的及时性、准确性、完整性、合法合规性为基础，同时也将年度内上市公司的公司治理情况、被采取的监管措施和处分情况、与深交所配合情况、信息披露事务管理情况等因素纳入考核范围。考核结果依据各上市公司信息披露质量从高到低划分为A、B、C、D四个等级。
据深交所通报，获评最高等级A，表示公司整体运作规范、信息披露工作质量较高，起到了良好的带头示范效应。
据了解，此次共有4195家公司参加深市主板信息披露考核，考核为A的上市公司为754家，占参加考核上市公司总数的17.97%，近五年蝉联最高等级A的上市公司仅占参加考核上市公司总数的5.44%，徐工也是同行业唯一连续五年获此荣誉的单位。
