湖南省发改委近日发布《关于同意全省“十四五”第一批风电、集中式光伏发电项目开发建设的复函》，要求尽快确定项目投资开发主体，对具备建设核准条件的风电项目，及时申请项目核准。项目获得核准批复后，应在半年内开工建设；项目开工后一年内必须并网发电。根据附件，共303个风电项目，规模合计22.38GW。
