6月8日，中国铁道学会官网和茅以升科技教育基金会公布了2021年度“茅以升铁道工程师奖”评选结果，121名工程师精英获此殊荣。以下为文件全文与获奖者名单（排名不分先后）：
茅以升铁道工程师奖
为缅怀我国享誉中外的著名科学家、教育家和社会活动家茅以升先生对发展中国铁路事业做出的杰出贡献，继承和弘扬他热爱祖国、奉献社会、科学求实、勇于创新的精神，奖励为铁路事业做出突出贡献，激励铁道科研工作者奋发进取，加快发展我国铁路科学技术，取得优异成绩的各专业工程师，促进铁路繁荣发展和人才成长，特别设立。
茅以升铁道工程师奖的奖励对象为：在铁道行业工程设计、施工、装备设计制造、运营管理等单位生产、建设、科研第一线工作的具备工程师及以上技术职称的铁道工程技术人员。
