Diligent hands greet spring early. A XCMG service team marches along the road of spring, traversing mountains and rivers across the land, launching the 'Spring Breeze Brings Warmth, Service Journey of Ten Thousand Miles.' The XCMG Foundation Guangdong team is the first to launch the spring inspection, providing full support for customers' smooth project startup.

The XCMG Guangdong team's return-to-work inspection covers all product lines, all regions, and full coverage, carrying out the Service Journey of Ten Thousand Miles campaign across South China. Dedicated lines have been set up for 'Rotary Drilling Rigs,' 'Water Well Drills,' and 'Trenching and Milling Machines,' divided into the 'Eastern Guangdong Line,' 'Western Guangdong Line,' 'Guangzhou-Foshan Line,' 'Shenzhen Line,' and 'Dongguan-Huizhou Line.' The teams will visit each machine according to the visit plan, understand and solve problems face-to-face with customers, and provide spare parts and other material assistance.

In addition to inspecting and repairing equipment for users, this visit will also provide training on construction methods and maintenance for operators and other construction personnel, guiding them in the correct use, maintenance, and upkeep of products. On the software side, computer board data will be tested free of charge, system problems will be identified and resolved, and practical gifts such as maintenance spare parts will be presented according to the specific condition of each machine.
