On December 5, 2021, the launch meeting and seminar for the "Pinzibiao" group standard "Hydraulic Vibratory Pile Hammer" was held at Zhejiang Yong'an Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yong'an Machinery).

Guests attending the meeting included Chen Chunming, Section Chief of Ruian Municipal Administration for Market Regulation; Hou Baojia, Secretary-General of the User Working Committee of China Construction Machinery Association; Xu Jian, Senior Engineer of the Piling Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Society; Yu Youcun, Senior Engineer of the Piling Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Society; Jin Jianxin, Professor-level Senior Engineer of Wenzhou Engineering Design Institute; Zhuo Le, Senior Engineer of the National Construction and Urban Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center; and others. Before the meeting, Section Chief Chen Chunming and Secretary-General Hou Baojia delivered speeches. Lin Deng, Chairman of Yong'an Machinery, expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of the experts and scholars, and briefly introduced Yong'an Machinery's development situation, development approach, and preparations for drafting the industry standard. Under the new stage, new concepts, and new pattern, high-quality industry standards are of great significance to the development of the "Hydraulic Vibratory Pile Hammer" industry.

At the meeting, after Lin Deng of Yong'an Machinery explained the development history of Yong'an Machinery, everyone watched the promotional video of the "Pinzibiao" "Zhejiang Manufacturing" program. Under the host's moderation, the experts and scholars listened to the report by the Yong'an Machinery project team on the drafting scheme design and technical document preparation for the "Hydraulic Vibratory Pile Hammer," reviewed the relevant technical documents, and after full discussion, finally formed the expert draft of the "Pinzibiao" group standard "Hydraulic Vibratory Pile Hammer."
