Foundation Pit Support and Dewatering Project for Yunjing Boyue Residential and Supporting Kindergarten Construction Project

The project is located on Section 3 of Hangdu Avenue, Dongsheng Subdistrict, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, with a total planned land area of approximately 44,000 square meters, up to 13 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The foundation pit support adopts the form of upper slope release plus lower retaining piles, with a maximum pit depth of approximately 6 meters and a pit perimeter of approximately 900 meters. MCC Chengkan is responsible for foundation pit support and anti-floating anchor construction, among other work.

As a national-level airport economic demonstration zone, Shuangliu District of Chengdu will benefit from the construction of this project in building a coordinated regional urban development pattern of "one port, three centers, and four clusters," and in using industrial function development as a lever to build a capital of aviation economy, a city of biological industry, and a valley of electronic information, accelerating the development of Shuangliu District as an international aviation hub.

Foundation Pit Support and Anti-Floating Anchor Project for Chengdu Social Organization College (Phase II) Project

The project is located on Qingyun South Street, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, with a total construction area of approximately 17,000 square meters. Depending on the different sections, the foundation pit support structure adopts forms such as double-row pile support and slope release plus row piles, with a maximum excavation depth of approximately 13.3 meters. MCC Chengkan is responsible for the foundation pit support project and anti-floating anchor construction, among other work.

Chengdu Social Organization College is a specialized institution led by the Party committee and government to provide training for social organizations and their workers, and is an important front for strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations under the new situation. After the project is fully completed, it will further enhance the ability of social organizations to connect with and serve the public, and inject powerful momentum into building a "first-class in western China, leading nationwide" demonstration base for guidance, training, research, exchange, and cooperation.

Foundation Pit Support, Dewatering and Drainage, and Pile Foundation Project for Phase I of the Southwest Jiaotong University City Rail Transit College Project

The project is located east of Sancha Metro Station in the Eastern New Area of Chengdu, with a total construction area of approximately 119,000 square meters. Phase I consists of apartments, laboratory buildings, a cafeteria, and a swimming pool and badminton hall, among others. The foundation structure forms include independent foundations, raft foundations, and pile foundations, with a maximum pit depth of approximately 11.6 meters, a safety level of Grade II, and Grade I in local areas. MCC Chengkan is responsible for the foundation pit support, dewatering and drainage, and pile foundation construction of the project.

After completion, the project will help Southwest Jiaotong University build a talent training system covering bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels and a high-level scientific research system, create a global hub for industry-university-research-application in "rail transit city operation," support the future university model of integrated "people, city, and industry" development, and be of great significance for promoting the Chengdu Eastward Development Strategy and the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle.

Foundation Pit Support and Pile Foundation Construction for Ziyang Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) Construction Project

The project is located in Songtao Town, High-tech Zone, Ziyang City, adjacent to Longma Avenue to the north and Xiandai Avenue to the west. The proposed project mainly consists of bonded warehouses, a customs comprehensive service building, an incubation center, and standard logistics processing and warehousing facilities. MCC Chengkan is responsible for the foundation pit support and pile foundation construction of the project.

After completion, the project will not only improve the logistics layout of Ziyang City and safeguard new achievements in stabilizing foreign trade, but will also further promote industrial transformation and upgrading, support the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, and advance the steady development of the city's export-oriented economy.
