On November 5, the Anxiang Changling Bridge project successfully passed completion acceptance. The acceptance was conducted in three stages: on-site inspection, document review, and project report summary. The acceptance team inspected the project site and internal documents in detail, listened to work reports from all participating construction units, and conducted a comprehensive and objective evaluation of project completion, construction procedures, implementation, engineering quality, and technical archives.

With a total length of 3,095 meters and a width of 24.5 meters, the Changling Bridge is a major bridge with a total investment of 460 million yuan. It is an important part of the fourth north-south line of Changde City's "four vertical and four horizontal" Yuan-Li Expressway network and a key, controlling project linking the Yue-Chang and An-Ci expressways, with a highly prominent geographical position and functional role. Construction began in August 2015, and the project successfully passed delivery acceptance in August 2019. The defect liability period has now expired, and it successfully passed completion acceptance on November 5, 2021.

During construction, the Changling Bridge adopted "cross-approval and parallel declaration," achieving the "four same-year" goals of decision, project approval, design, and commencement all in the same year, and was hailed as the "Anxiang Speed" of transportation construction.
