10月18日，峨山路东延伸荆山河特大桥工程现场，主桥钢箱梁顶推施工双幅通过河面，大桥主体已现。
荆山河特大桥是峨山路东延伸新建工程重难点控制工程，连通弋江区火龙街道围山村和镜湖区方村街道天城村。建成后，将连通芜宁高速与芜宣高速并成为芜湖中心城区到芜湖宣州机场的快速通道。
