亳州市发改委发布消息，S238涡阳段一级公路改建工程项目建议书已于9月30日获得（亳发改投资〔2021〕271号）批复，项目全长约64.44千米（含S245连接线2.9千米）。
据了解，S238涡阳段一级公路改建工程项目主要建设内容包括路基路面工程、桥涵工程、排水工程、交通工程及沿线设施、照明工程、绿化工程等，项目总投资约47亿元，资金来源为上级补助、地方自筹、银行贷款等。
