9月26日，由中铁十七局集团有限公司承建的青岛地铁4号线劲松三路站2号风亭组土方开挖结束，标志着该车站主体范围内全部土方开挖完成。
劲松三路站为明挖车站，全长217米，附属结构包括2组风亭组、3个出入口以及安全通道。车站土方开挖施工过程中，面临出渣难度大、夜间施工难、渣土储存与外运难、周边环境复杂等问题。为减小对周边居民的影响，以机械开挖替换爆破开挖，合理安排作业时间，充分利用白天作业时间，强抓开挖及渣土外运效率。
劲松三路站2号风亭及主体土方开挖完成是该站施工关键节点，为后续车站顶板封顶及回填、管线回迁和辽阳路道路调流提供了保障。
