沈阳市工程机械管理处处长朱九灵介绍，今后将对全市所有的工程机械车辆进行普查登记、编号、办证、换证、号牌发放。同时，所有驾驶操作工程机械人员全部需要进行专业技术培训，并参加考核及资格认定，取得相关操作证才能上岗。
