In 2021, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued a notice to focus on supporting the high-quality development of more than a thousand national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprises, driving industry development through their exemplary role. To achieve the goal of selecting the best among the best and providing focused support, the primary condition for being included in the selection scope for supported entities is to become a national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprise. Enterprises are required to have sustained innovation capabilities and sound economic benefits, such as mastering key core technologies, owning valid invention patents, leading or participating in the formulation of national/industry standards, and maintaining growth in main business revenue, among other requirements, and to have certain value for demonstration and promotion.

This time, with its leading independent R&D and innovation capabilities in engineering cutting tools, continuously improving economic benefits, and comprehensive influence within the industry, Haoquan Machinery stood out from numerous outstanding enterprises through national ranking and strength competition, earning a place on the third batch of specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprises and becoming an enterprise receiving this honor in its first year. At the same time, the state will arrange a total of more than 10 billion yuan in reward and subsidy funds to focus on supporting the high-quality development of national-level specialized and sophisticated "Little Giant" enterprises. The clarification of this policy will encourage Haoquan Machinery to achieve "Created in China" and enhance "Created in China" in the independent innovation of mechanical parts.
