9月6日，山河智能参股子公司万宝融资租赁（上海）有限公司（以下简称“上海万宝租赁”）在上海隆重开业。
上海万宝租赁由山河智能及其全资子公司Avmax与广州万宝融资租赁有限公司共同出资成立，注册资本合计人民币5亿元。公司的业务范围包括融资租赁、经营性租赁、租赁资产管理和融资租赁咨询以及商业保理等业务。
上海万宝租赁的成立，是山河智能产融结合的重要举措，能够为公司客户提供更为便捷的融资租赁服务，进一步降低客户的资金压力，促进公司产品销售，扩大市场份额，更好的服务公司主业，为实现公司“两年两百亿，五年再翻番”目标助力。
广州工业投资控股集团副总经理刘会春、总经济师易晓明、战略规划部总经理吕爱武，山河智能副总经理雷艳群、财务总监熊道广参加了开业仪式。
