Training on the drill ground tempers youth

A grand review in fine attire

After 17 days of military training

The 2021 new XCMGers

Stand ever more upright and ever more spirited

Fully displaying the sharpness of youth!

On August 21, XCMG's 2021 New Graduate Onboarding Training Parade and Report Performance kicked off at XCMG Heavy Machinery. The new XCMGers gathered here, heads held high, awaiting a grand review and jointly witnessing their growth and transformation and a new starting point in life.

The August noon sunshine

Witnesses the one and only you

Company leaders Li Ge and Jiang Lei, heads of relevant headquarters departments, Party committee (deputy) secretaries of secondary companies, and heads of human resources departments attended the graduation ceremony to jointly review the results of the new employees' arduous training.

Prepared for battle, standing ready

You on the parade ground

Are more dazzling than the August noon sun

Eyes blazing like torches, shouts rising from the chest

Steadfast young people, fearless by nature

Moving bravely forward is their shared faith

Heroic and dashing, with momentum like a rainbow

Fully displaying the true character of men

Green flowers in the army, with sonorous steps

Women are no less capable than men

In every gesture

There is resolve and responsibility

You are all XCMG's bravest "warriors"

Highest standards, strictest requirements

Seize the day, live up to your youth

Persist to the end and never give up easily

Every move they make is clean and crisp

Every wave and turn flows like clouds and water

Winning rounds of applause and cheers from the audience

Jiang Lei, chairman of the company's labor union, reads the list of outstanding military training trainees, outstanding squadrons, and outstanding instructors

Yang Yawen, vice chairman of the company's labor union, and Yuan Ke, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, present awards to representatives of the commended squadrons

Secretary Li Ge fully affirmed the excellent performance of the new graduates during the training and encouraged them to keep in mind the work requirements of "two integrations" and "five musts" set out by Secretary Wang in "XCMG's First Lesson," combine the knowledge they have learned with practice in their jobs, become new XCMGers of the new era who bravely climb to the summit of the engineering machinery Everest, and write a legend of the new era for reaching the top of the Everest!

Never forget your original aspiration

Bravely pursue the glory of youth

An explosive opening dance, dazzling cold fireworks

Waves of applause and cheers

Completely ignited this summer

That evening, the new XCMGers

Wrote, directed, and performed a bonfire graduation gala

Letting their fiery youth bloom to the fullest

The glow sticks in the audience's hands are like dots of stars

Shining in harmony with the starry sky

From reserved and shy to talking freely

From strangers to moving forward hand in hand

Through half a month of day-and-night companionship

The new XCMGers have long become

Close "comrades-in-arms" who talk about everything

The bunny dance performed around the bonfire

Pushed the atmosphere to a climax

Audience members came on stage one after another to join the dance

The scene became a sea of joy

Over the past half month

No one has been fighting alone

Beside you are comrades-in-arms, behind you is companionship

Today's grand triumphant return is the highest tribute!

Finally, amid the chorus of "I Believe"

Amid everyone's reluctance to part

And amid beautiful hopes for the future

The graduation gala came to a close

Youth reaches for the clouds, the future is promising

Growing up in an era of heroes

One must have heroic ideals

Coming to XCMG means being a hero

May the new XCMGers who have caught up with the new mechanism, new XCMG

And the new development path

Live up to the country, the company, and themselves

Keep climbing higher

And talk again of today's brilliance at the top of the Everest!
