The construction machinery shared in this issue is the KR300ES low-headroom fully hydraulic rotary drilling rig. This machine features a powerful original Cummins engine from the United States, combined with Tysim's core technology electronic control system, hydraulic system, and Tysim's self-made dedicated chassis for rotary drilling rigs. The power system and hydraulic system are perfectly matched, and the most advanced load-sensing, load-sensitive, and proportional control hydraulic system in China is adopted, making the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving. Its dynamic and static stability design fully guarantees construction safety while giving full play to the machine's working capacity.

Project Cases:

Hangzhou Wenyi West Road (East-West Avenue - Jingchang Avenue) Upgrade and Reconstruction Project. Section I starts from Zhongxin Road in the west and ends east of Chuangyuan Road in the east, consisting of an urban expressway and ground arterial roads. The project includes tunnel engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering, pipeline network engineering, landscaping, and other ancillary works. This project is an important part of Hangzhou's "four vertical and five horizontal" expressway network system and is the western gateway to Hangzhou's main urban area. The project will strengthen the connection between Future Sci-Tech City and the main urban area and enhance the comprehensive quality of Future Sci-Tech City. 

Based on the construction conditions along Wenyi West Road, such as in buildings, large tunnels, beside bridges and viaducts, and under high-voltage lines, Tysim Machinery independently developed the customized special model KR300ES low-headroom rotary drilling rig. It has a maximum drilling depth of 35 meters, a working height of 11 meters, a maximum construction diameter of 2 meters, a rotary head torque of 320 kN.m, and an overall weight of 76 tons. It can complete large-diameter rock drilling under the conditions of both low construction height and ultra-deep construction depth. The stratum of this project is red sandstone, with 4~5 meters of rock drilling. Tysim's KR300ES efficiently completed the drilling construction task.
