Recently, Taiheng Foundation mobilized two Tysim integral-transport rotary drilling rigs KR125 to support the new construction project of Wuxi Liangxi District Hospital (Wuxi Rehabilitation Hospital). This is the second time Taiheng Foundation has participated in a hospital construction project in Wuxi.

　　Wuxi City is dominated by alluvial-lacustrine and limnetic-marsh plains. The site's geological conditions mainly consist of backfill strata, clay, silty clay, silty clay interbedded with silt, silty sand, and silty clay. The site is close to Taihu Lake, with an intricate network of ancient underground river channels and a high groundwater level, making construction difficult. In particular, the silty sand stratum is prone to hole collapse and requires mud slurry wall protection. The site has two pile types with borehole diameters of 600 mm and 900 mm, and hole depths of 28 m to 32 m. Taiheng Machinery has assigned skilled operators with more than five years of experience to strictly control the drilling speed and drill pipe lifting speed, effectively preventing hole collapse. The average hole-forming time is controlled at about one hour, increasing construction efficiency, boosting the customer's construction volume, shortening the construction period, and creating greater value.
