Shenzhen Zhonglian Foundation Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd.

On July 24-25, 2021, under the leadership of General Manager Mr. Chen Kaiqiang, staff from various functional departments and the sales department of Zhonglian Foundation headquarters traveled to Huizhou for a team-building trip to Xunliao Bay. The purpose of this activity was to promote the company's corporate culture, enhance employees' team cohesion and spirit of pursuing excellence; strengthen employees' spirit of personal dedication and collective teamwork at work; boost employees' enthusiasm and inspire passion for work; and enhance employees' sense of responsibility and happiness!

On the afternoon of the 24th, all team-building participants, wearing team vests, were divided into three teams and worked together to determine each team's name, captain, vice-captain, slogan, formation, and other details. The three teams were full of passion and high morale.

The first to take the stage was the Haha Team, full of momentum, shouting in unison the team slogan "Unlimited potential, Haha toward the sun," demonstrating the belief in forging ahead, fearing no difficulties, and daring to strive. The Olympic Team was unwilling to lag behind; led by its captain, it marched vigorously and shouted the team slogan "Olympic, Olympic, wish me luck." Following closely was the Liangjian Team, which, under its captain's leadership, displayed the boldness of "who but us" and further demonstrated the overall spirit and charismatic bearing of the Liangjian Team!       

After the warm-up activities, under the guidance of professional coaches, everyone orderly carried out three competitive PK activities: "Rapid 60 Seconds," "Not a Drop Leaks," and "Roman Catapult." In "Rapid 60 Seconds," within the specific task, the Olympic Team, through repeated failures and exploration, transformed from failure, expanded their thinking, drew wisdom from victory, and ultimately won. In "Roman Catapult," the Olympic Team once again successfully completed the competition by drawing on the essence of team communication. In the face of various difficulties and challenges, the Olympic Team won two consecutive victories. The Olympic Team's two successes demonstrated team cohesion, mutual encouragement, care, and inclusiveness, which invisibly made the team more united and led to final success.

The other two teams were unwilling to be outdone. In the "Not a Drop Leaks" task, each member's performance affected the outcome of the competition, and team members had to encourage each other and work together to complete it. In the end, the Haha Team repeatedly practiced and completed the task in one smooth effort. This task tested team cohesion, teamwork spirit, shared vision, and understanding of overall goals, cultivating the team's collaborative breakthrough to a higher level.

Takeaways and Reflections

Honor for one is honor for all; loss for one is loss for all. The team is supreme, and team members dare to take responsibility, dare to innovate, and dare to challenge themselves. There are no outstanding individuals, only outstanding teams. First, an excellent team must have clear goals. Only by setting clear goals can a team develop a common direction and drive for action. Second, an excellent team will always take unity and cooperation as its core philosophy. In the face of various difficulties and challenges, team cohesion, mutual care, encouragement, and inclusiveness invisibly make the team more united and enterprising. Only by uniting everyone's strength and wisdom, fully leveraging each person's strengths, and pooling collective wisdom can we accomplish everything faster and enable this team to go further.
