On July 31, the online launch event "Sino-German Craftsmanship, Winning the Future with Intelligence — SANY China VI Concrete Machinery Complete Equipment and S Series Pump Truck Launch" was held, officially releasing 45 "China VI" complete concrete equipment products including the S Series 62m and 65m flagship pump trucks, once again demonstrating SANY's innovation-leading strength to the world.

Meeting "China VI" Phase B Emissions 3 Years Ahead of Schedule

This event was not only the product launch with the largest number of new products and the highest customer attention for SANY this year, but also a high-end event with "the most technical highlights, the greatest innovation and the most significant leading significance" in the industry in recent years.

At the live broadcast, dynamic lighting outlined the rugged silhouettes of 22 new mixer trucks, 8 truck-mounted pumps and 15 new pump trucks. During the event, two "Grand Slam" champions — Wang Mingjuan, Olympic weightlifting champion, and Tian Qing, Olympic badminton doubles champion — also appeared in the live studio to support the "World Pump King" with the spirit of "higher, faster, stronger," their champion qualities complementing each other perfectly.

In recent years, the environmental protection situation has become increasingly severe. According to the relevant provisions of the "Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Heavy-Duty Diesel Vehicles (China Phase VI)," starting from July 1, the China VI Phase A emission standard for heavy-duty diesel vehicles will be fully implemented nationwide, with a transition to Phase B within 3 years.

The concrete industry is the main force of national infrastructure construction. As a leader in the concrete industry, SANY identified "green, intelligent and unmanned" as its strategic direction as early as 2018, and launched its first batch of "China VI" products in 2019. The 45 complete new products released this time have all met the "China VI" Phase B emission standard 3 years ahead of schedule.

Compared with "China V" products, these new products reduce hydrocarbon (HC) and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by 77%, and particulate matter (PM) emissions by more than 67%, with outstanding green performance.

In addition to environmental upgrades, product performance is also comprehensively leading. According to reports, the "China VI" complete new products released this time are all equipped with SANY Deutz engines, and the pumping system integrates the mature experience of Germany's Putzmeister in control, hydraulics, pumping and other fields, with more than 120 technical optimizations. The integration of Chinese and German technologies has greatly improved the overall vehicle performance.

In terms of fuel consumption, through optimized power matching, improved oil pump efficiency and reduced pumping resistance, the fuel consumption of the new products can be reduced by up to 5% compared with before optimization, with average pumping fuel consumption reduced by up to 10% and driving fuel consumption reduced by up to 5%. Based on an estimated workload of 60,000 cubic meters per year for a pump truck, an average of 40,000 yuan in fuel can be saved per year.

Operating efficiency has also been greatly improved. For example, SANY's "China VI" low-pressure, large-displacement 11015 truck-mounted pump complies with the new domestic building height limit regulations while increasing pumping speed by 10%, easily meeting the needs of transportation within 100 meters. The S Series 62m and 65m pump trucks have an 11% higher load capacity than previous generation products and a 10% faster pumping speed, able to pump an extra truckload of material per hour.

Industry insiders believe that the concentrated release of these 45 "China VI" complete new products not only demonstrates SANY's strong R&D strength, but also reflects the company's determination to target the "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" goals, "setting an example and establishing a model" for the technological innovation and green development of the entire industry.

Multiple Industry Firsts, Breaking the Performance Ceiling of Pump Trucks

As the "milestone" products highlighted at this launch event, the S Series 62m and 65m flagship pump trucks attracted countless eyes as soon as they appeared that day.

According to reports, this product adopts an integrated dedicated chassis developed specifically for pumping conditions, and for the first time simultaneously realizes "two extending outriggers" and "7-section boom" designs on pump truck products in the 60m+ range, breaking the technical limitations of traditional products. Compared with other products of the same meter range, it has better site adaptability, more flexible booms and more stable pumping, and can easily achieve 360° full flat-laying construction, breaking through the performance ceiling of concrete pump trucks.

In terms of intelligence, the S Series pump trucks are equipped with a distributed control system and the self-developed new-generation engineering machinery dedicated controller SYAS, featuring advanced functions such as voice interaction, intelligent assisted driving, cloud tracking of working conditions, fault self-diagnosis and intelligent boom rotation control, with the downtime failure rate reduced by 30% compared with the previous generation.

In recent years, with the continuous intensification of environmental remediation, natural sand and gravel production capacity has plummeted, and the recycling of manufactured sand such as construction waste is becoming the mainstream of the industry.

In response to the problems of easy segregation, high resistance and fast wear in manufactured sand concrete, the S Series pump trucks, relying on a dedicated pumping system, pioneered a three-blade mixing mechanism, combined with a deeply optimized low-pressure-loss delivery pipe and a 0.75-cubic-meter large hopper, making manufactured sand no longer difficult to pump and leading a new market trend.
