Recently, with the roar of the track inspection vehicle, the track dynamic geometry test for Nanning Rail Transit Line 5 officially began. After two days of inspection, the dynamic test results for the entire line passed in one go.

Line 5 is Nanning Metro's first fully automated driving line. Before track construction, the Construction Branch of Nanning Rail Transit Group organized all participating units to pool their wisdom and work hard on research. On the basis of traditional track-laying technology, they introduced the higher-precision CPIII measurement technology, which effectively improved the measurement accuracy of track-laying construction and greatly optimized the smoothness of vehicle operation.

After track construction was completed, the Construction Branch actively organized various tasks: first, flaw detection was carried out on all welds across the line to comprehensively inspect the post-weld condition of the rails and ensure the operational safety of vehicles on the rails; second, together with the construction unit, it used a comprehensive inspection vehicle to conduct track geometry state tests, comprehensively inspecting the dynamic and static geometry states of the line and comprehensively evaluating the dynamic and static track quality; third, with the full cooperation of the construction unit, it formed construction teams and management personnel with rich work experience and, based on measurement data from the comprehensive inspection vehicle and track inspection trolleys, actively carried out fine adjustment of the line.

Thanks to the solid foundation laid by high-quality construction work during the construction period and the efficient operation of the operating company during the comprehensive intervention stage, the formal track dynamic geometry state test achieved perfect results. The track geometry dynamic test report for Nanning Metro Line 5 shows that the track geometry dynamic test results of Nanning Metro Line 5 fully meet the requirements of the "Technical Specification for Safety Assessment Before Initial Operation of Urban Rail Transit," and the track dynamic geometry test was a complete success. The high evaluation of the track dynamic inspection is the result of the combined efforts of high-quality construction in new line construction and the efficient intervention of the operating company, creating extremely favorable operating conditions for the trial operation of Nanning Metro Line 5.
