To ensure the smooth and orderly implementation of the comprehensive joint commissioning of Line 2 Phase I, the Group held the "Line 2 Phase I Comprehensive Joint Commissioning Kick-off Meeting" on the morning of July 27 in the meeting room on the 10th floor of the Control Center. The meeting marked the full launch of the comprehensive joint commissioning of Line 2 Phase I.

The meeting was chaired by Tian Huajun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, and Party Secretary and General Manager of the Operations Branch. Zhang Zhao, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, attended the meeting. Also present were heads of relevant departments of the Group's Safety and Quality Department, Contract and Legal Affairs Department, Chief Engineer's Office, Construction Management Company, and Electromechanical Equipment Department; the leadership team and department heads of the Operations Branch; and representatives from design, supervision, construction, and equipment integration units for all disciplines of Line 2 Phase I.

At the start of the meeting, Ren Jile, Deputy Manager of the Group's Electromechanical Equipment Department, read out the "Organizational Structure and Responsibilities for Comprehensive Joint Commissioning Management of Line 2 Phase I"; Ji Liwei, Deputy General Manager of the Operations Branch, read out the document "Assessment Rules for Comprehensive Joint Commissioning Management of Line 2 Phase I". Next, the comprehensive joint commissioning consulting unit shared typical cases from the commissioning process based on industry experience; representatives of participating units made statements of commitment; Zhang Zhao, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, set out requirements on the preconditions for carrying out the comprehensive joint commissioning and on the coordination work of all units. Finally, Tian Huajun, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Group, and Party Secretary and General Manager of the Operations Branch, delivered a concluding speech, emphasizing the importance and necessity of the comprehensive joint commissioning work and requiring the entire company and all participating construction units to attach great importance, unify their thinking, stay focused on the goals, and quickly enter a sprint state to ensure the smooth implementation of the comprehensive joint commissioning of Line 2 Phase I.
