7月27日，G213线祁连县城至大通河桥段(以下称祁大公路)改建工程控制性工程大冬树山隧道顺利贯通。
G213线祁大公路大冬树山隧道于2018年5月28日开工建设，隧道全长2485米，为一座双向两车道二级公路隧道，进出口海拔为3868米至3920米。
祁大公路位于祁连县境内，起点位于祁连县城八宝路与八一路交叉处，经冰沟、南梁(斑鸠沟)、大冬树山、鸡龙沟、吴松塔拉，终点位于祁连县默勒镇大通河桥头，接G213线大通河至马匹寺段公路交叉口，路线全长76.634公里。
祁大公路原为青海省道204二马线的主要路段，2013年原省道204线升级为普通国道，是普通国道213线组成部分。祁大公路是祁连县和海晏县的唯一便捷公路，建成后主要承担海北州以及周边地区的长途客货输运，为两地的经济往来和发展产生了积极作用。
为了更好地服务两地群众，加快两地间的交流，2017年5月11日，我省对祁大公路进行改扩建，建成后将缩短运输时间近40分钟，目前改扩建项目所有工程正在有序建设中。
