西藏夏贡拉山隧道是G349国道边坝至嘉黎段改造升级项目的重点工程。该隧道位于昌都市边坝县境内，北起草卡镇，南至金岭乡，主洞长4392米。
目前，夏贡拉山隧道建设正有序推进，预计于2022年全线贯通。G349国道边坝至嘉黎段的改造升级，将极大提高昌都、那曲通往林芝、拉萨等地的通行效率，对区域经济的发展具有重要意义。
