18日，内蒙古呼伦贝尔莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗永安水库、新发水库大坝决堤，致超过32.5千亩农田被淹，水毁桥梁22座、公路15.6公里，多处道路中断。垮坝险情发生前，两座水库下游群众已全部转移，没有人员伤亡报告。
