According to scheduling statistics, in June, Jiangxi's provincial key projects completed an investment of 50.826 billion yuan, with a monthly progress of 15.1%, up 2.9 percentage points month-on-month.

 From January to June, Jiangxi's provincial key projects completed an investment of 233.772 billion yuan, accounting for 69.4% of the annual plan, up 9.3 percentage points year-on-year. Among them, projects planned to be completed and put into operation completed an investment of 47.625 billion yuan, accounting for 77% of that plan; continuing projects completed an investment of 124.254 billion yuan, accounting for 74.5% of that plan; projects planned to newly start completed an investment of 61.893 billion yuan, accounting for 57.0% of that plan.

(1) Progress of Jiangxi provincial key projects with total investment of over 5 billion yuan

From January to June, projects with total investment of over 5 billion yuan completed a cumulative investment of 95.003 billion yuan, accounting for 65.7% of that plan, up 2.3 percentage points year-on-year. Among them, the progress of 10 completed and put-into-operation projects was 76.7%, that of 56 continuing projects was 72.5%, and that of 29 newly started projects was 40.9%. Of the newly started projects, 16 have started, with a start rate of 55.2%.

(2) Progress of Jiangxi provincial key projects by industry

1. Infrastructure projects. In June, infrastructure projects completed an investment of 12.592 billion yuan, with a monthly progress of 11.4%, up 2.2 percentage points month-on-month. On June 3, the Bianyuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, a controlling project of the Anjiu Passenger Dedicated Line, was officially closed; on June 27, Nanchang Metro Line 4 achieved "short-track connection" across the entire line; on June 20, the Yazhong-Jiangxi UHV DC project was completed and put into operation. Projects including the Jiangxi United Energy Dingnan Xinyang Smart Wind Farm, the Nanchang Pailou 220KV power transmission and transformation project (including supporting 110KV lines), the 220KV external power supply project for the Longnan East and Xinfeng West traction stations of the Ganzhou-Shenzhen Passenger Dedicated Line, and the Shangrao Xinjiang Ecological Corridor treatment project were completed. Projects including the Yongxin East Interchange to Caifeng Highway, the Xiushui Dahushan Wind Farm of Zhongke Guohong New Energy Co., Ltd., and the Ji'an East 500kV power transmission and transformation project (including supporting 220kV lines) were newly started.

From January to June, 95 infrastructure projects completed a cumulative investment of 58.477 billion yuan, accounting for 53% of that plan. The progress in order was: municipal (80.3%), comprehensive transportation hub stations (77.8%), power grid (74.7%), ordinary highways (57.6%), water conservancy (55%), port and shipping (49.8%), communications (48.8%), oil and gas station pipelines (48.4%), railways (47.7%), expressways (46.3%), coal-fired thermal power (32.4%), airports (27.7%), and renewable energy (18.8%). Of 26 newly started projects, 11 have started, with a start rate of 42.3%; of 23 completed and put-into-operation projects, 6 have been completed, with a completion rate of 26.1%.

2. Industrial transformation and upgrading projects. In June, industrial transformation and upgrading projects completed an investment of 36.062 billion yuan, with a monthly progress of 17.2%, up 3.2 percentage points month-on-month. Projects including the Nanchang Chenghang Industrial Aerospace and Military Equipment Manufacturing Base, the COMAC Jiangxi Production and Flight Test Center, the Ganjiang New Area New Green Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Modern TCM Production Base, the Jiangxi CRRC Shengyilun Electric Motor Co., Ltd. high-end equipment motor project with an annual output of 8,000 units, the Jiangxi Huagan Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. complete set base, the Jiangxi Wodeer Technology Co. automotive controller and actuator production project, the Jiangxi Haofang Aluminum Co., Ltd. new aluminum alloy profiles project with an annual output of 100,000 tons, and the Ganzhou Wanji Smart Supply Chain Logistics Park were completed or completed ahead of schedule. The continuing project of Jiangxi Heshofeng New Materials Co., Ltd. thin-film new material coating project was completed ahead of schedule.

From January to June, 326 industrial projects completed a cumulative investment of 164.799 billion yuan, accounting for 78.5% of that plan, up 14.9 percentage points year-on-year. The progress in order was: strategic emerging industries (86%), modern service industries (82%), other industries (79.7%), optimization and upgrading of traditional industries (72.9%), and agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery (35.9%). Of 44 completed and put-into-operation projects, 9 have been completed, with a completion rate of 20.5%; of 136 newly started projects, 111 have started, with a start rate of 81.6%.

3. Social livelihood projects. In June, social livelihood projects completed an investment of 1.773 billion yuan, with a monthly progress of 16.6%, up 6.4 percentage points month-on-month. The Jingdezhen Modern and Contemporary Ceramic Industrial Heritage Comprehensive Protection and Development continuation project (Ceramic Machinery Factory) was completed.

From January to June, 29 social livelihood projects completed a cumulative investment of 6.777 billion yuan, accounting for 63.3% of that plan, up 15.6 percentage points year-on-year. Of 6 newly started projects, 3 have started, with a start rate of 50%. Of 7 completed and put-into-operation projects, 2 have been completed, with a completion rate of 28.6%.

4. Ecological and environmental protection projects. In June, ecological and environmental protection projects completed an investment of 399 million yuan, with a monthly progress of 6.4%.

From January to June, 11 ecological and environmental protection projects completed a cumulative investment of 3.719 billion yuan, accounting for 59.3% of that plan, up 4.2 percentage points year-on-year. The start rate of newly started projects was 100%.

(3) Progress of Jiangxi provincial key projects by province-direct units, central enterprises and cities with districts

In June, the monthly progress of Shangrao, Xinyu, Jingdezhen, Ganzhou, Pingxiang, Yichun, Yingtan and other cities was higher than the provincial average for key project construction. They were: 24.7%, 21.5%, 20.8%, 17.3%, 17.1%, 16.7%, and 16.2%, respectively.

From January to June, the progress of annual plans by province-direct units, central enterprises and cities with districts in order was: Yingtan (83.2%), Yichun (82.3%), Shangrao (82.2%), Pingxiang (80.2%), Nanchang (80.1%), Ganzhou (78.4%), Xinyu (77.0%), Ji'an (76.7%), Ganjiang New Area (76.6%), Jiujiang (75.5%), Fuzhou (74.2%), Jingdezhen (72%), central enterprises (40.8%), and province-direct units (40.7%).

Analysis of the scheduling data shows that some cities with districts arranged their annual investment plans less rigorously, with investment arrangements on the low side, and many projects whose cumulative completed investment reached more than 150% of the annual plan.
