On July 9, the 16th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machinery and Mining Machinery Exhibition and Technical Exchange Conference (BICES 2021) Hebei Provincial Transportation and Municipal System Professional User Symposium was held in Shijiazhuang. Wang Jinxing, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Construction Machinery Association (the Association), Lv Ying, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association and General Manager of Beijing Tianshi Huagong International Exhibition Co., Ltd. (the Exhibition Company), Zhang Xinong, Secretary-General of the Association's Road Construction and Maintenance Machinery Branch, Li Guojun, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association's Industrial Internet Branch, Tang Hexin, General Manager of Hebei Blaze Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., and representatives from about 30 construction and user units of the Hebei transportation and municipal system, including Hebei Expressway Group, attended the meeting.

Lv Ying introduced the basic situation of the exhibition, exhibitor registration, exhibition layout and booth allocation in each hall, specific operational plans, on-site conference activities, and visitor organization and services. He stated that this user symposium was the second provincial pre-exhibition user symposium following the Shandong Provincial Transportation and Municipal System Professional User Symposium on June 22. As a major province for construction machinery users, Hebei is expected to take this symposium as an opportunity for user units to organize professional users from Hebei's transportation and municipal system to visit BICES 2021 in Beijing.

During the discussion and exchange session, representatives of the attending user units spoke one after another. They said that through this meeting they had learned about the latest situation of the construction machinery industry and also gained a more comprehensive understanding of BICES 2021. Combined with their own units' circumstances, they put forward demands for intelligent, green, efficient and reliable equipment, especially road maintenance equipment, under new construction methods and environmental protection policies. Finally, they stated that they would organize equipment management and procurement personnel to visit the exhibition and looked forward to gathering and exchanging with industry friends again at BICES 2021 in Beijing in September.
