7月8日，温州市首条穿越瓯江的电力隧道——鹿城区七都岛—铁塔公园段跨瓯江电力隧道工程通过竣工预验收，投用后可使沿线220千伏高压架空线直接入地，从而改变七都岛与瓯江路间现存大量高压铁塔的状况。
据悉，该工程系滨江商务区桃花岛片区高压电缆“上改下”工程的关键性工程，主体由过江电力隧道顶管、工作井、接收井及附属配套设施等组成，从七都岛工作井出发，下穿瓯江至位于瓯江路的接收井，全长1200米，系目前温州市顶管难度最大和风险最高的项目之一。
参建单位在建设过程中，克服了大直径深沉井下沉姿态控制难度大、长距离顶管顶进姿态控制要求高等一系列技术难点，顺利完成了施工任务，创造了温州市顶管领域管道埋设最深（-25米）、单顶距离最长（1200米）、口径最大和首次穿越瓯江的“三个纪录一个首次”。
