At the storage tank pile foundation project (Construction Section II) of the Jiangsu LNG Phase I Expansion Project in Binhai County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, 11 XCMG rotary drilling rigs are carrying out pile foundation operations in an orderly manner.

It is worth mentioning that most of the rotary drilling rigs on site are remanufactured equipment. The veteran XCMG machines of the 280 and 360 tonne-meter class have returned to the "battlefield" in full glory!

This storage tank pile foundation project (Construction Section II) covers the newly built Tanks 7# and 8#. The project requires a pile diameter of 1.5 meters, a pile depth of 73.4 meters, and 406 piles per tank, with a construction period target of three months. With a tight schedule and heavy tasks, coupled with complex geology and C40-grade concrete, the XCMG remanufactured rotary drilling rigs are facing a truly tough challenge.

Before choosing XCMG remanufactured rotary drilling rigs, the customer admitted it was a "bold trial," but upon seeing that the rigs on site were in no way inferior to new machines of the same class in the industry, either in appearance or construction capability, the customer's mindset shifted from taking a gamble to feeling completely reassured.
