To implement the district committee's "Asian Games Boost City" pivotal-year campaign, Chengxiang Subdistrict recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for six major projects. Deputy District Mayor Fang Jun attended.

It is reported that the six projects breaking ground in Chengxiang Subdistrict are the Xianghu Party and Mass Service Center construction project, the Dispute Mediation Center construction project, the old residential community renovation project, the beautiful community construction project, the smart community construction project, and the surrounding environment improvement project for the Asian Games venues. Among them, the Xianghu Party and Mass Service Center project is located on Xiaoxi Road and is divided into five major areas: the Xianghu Community Party and Mass Service Center, Xianghu Cultural and Creative Street, Xianghu Market, the Village History Museum, and Xiangshou Square; the Dispute Mediation Center construction project is located on Xiaoran East Road and, once completed, will integrate resources from departments such as comprehensive governance, urban management, safety supervision, letters and visits, and the four platforms, implementing unified acceptance, unified distribution, classified mediation, and unified supervision of various conflicts and disputes in the subdistrict; the old residential community renovation project will renovate Chonghua Third District and Yudong Railway Dormitory, involving a total of 25 buildings and 875 households; the beautiful community construction project takes Huilan Nanyuan and Nanshi Garden as the first batch of pilots, and on the basis of the original old residential community renovation, upgrades and renovates the landscapes, supporting facilities, and gateways in the community, adding children's play facilities, fitness and rest areas, walking trails, and landscape nodes; the smart community construction project takes Nanshi Community as a pilot to create seven major application scenarios: party building alliance management, parking space sensor management, smart elderly care management, fire lane management, street-facing shop management, shared home construction, and personnel management; the surrounding environment improvement project for the Asian Games venues plans to renovate two old residential communities, Nanjiang Apartment and Nanmenjiang Residential Area, around the district sports center, involving a total of 32 buildings.
