Recently, a tender announcement was issued for the full-process engineering consulting services of the underground parking lot construction project at the First Hospital of Jilin University.

It is understood that the project site is located south of the inpatient department of the First Hospital of Jilin University, bounded by Chaoyang Park to the east, Wanbao Street to the west, Chaoyang Park to the south, and Jiankang Road to the north.

The project plans to build an underground parking lot with a total construction area of 95,462 square meters, including 412 square meters above ground; six underground floors with a construction area of 95,050 square meters. It will mainly consist of a public parking lot, commercial and dining facilities, and supporting equipment rooms, of which the commercial and dining area is 18,670 square meters and the parking lot area is 76,380 square meters. The total project investment is 385.32 million yuan.

The planned start/completion dates are from July 11, 2021 to June 30, 2023.
