Recently, the pile foundation project for Phase III of the Neijiang Zhongwuyue Plaza residential development, undertaken by Chengkan Institute, officially commenced.

The project is located on the northwest side of Jiangning Street, Shizhong District, Neijiang City, adjacent to Xinhua International Financial Center and Tashan Park. Chengkan Institute is responsible for the pile foundation construction of the residential area in Bid Section 4 of Phase III. The residential area in this bid section is planned to include six building units and commercial shops, with a total of more than 1,000 piles, designed as rotary drilled rock-socketed piles.

In the follow-up work, the project department will set up an engineering coordination group, establish an efficient command and dispatch system, and scientifically and reasonably optimize the processes and construction techniques to ensure smooth progress and perfect fulfillment of the project, thereby creating a good customer experience and establishing the Chengkan brand image. After completion, the project will provide convenience for shopping and leisure for residents of surrounding communities, enrich the consumption needs of local people, and add luster to the government's efforts to build the political, economic, and cultural circles of Neijiang City.

Recently, the pile foundation project for the EPC general contracting of the Tianfu Campus Construction Project of Civil Aviation Flight University, undertaken by Chengkan Institute, officially commenced.

The project is located in the Jiangxi South Area of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport New City, with a land area of more than 1,400 mu. It is planned to include more than 20 individual buildings such as public teaching buildings, administrative buildings, and an aviation science and technology base. Our institute is responsible for the pile foundation construction of the project.

Upon completion, the project will give full play to its role as the main front for cultivating civil aviation professionals, strengthen international talent exchange and training, and deepen international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation. Chengkan Institute will dispatch a strong management team to organize carefully and construct scientifically, provide high-quality and efficient services to the owner, and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
