Construction Process

Equipment: MXL-150D2 drilling rig, 89 triple jet grouting drill pipe and drill bit

Backend: 3E120C high-pressure grouting pump, ZB2-150 grouting pump, screw air compressor + 0.8 m³ air storage tank, cement mixing system

1. Level and organize the construction site;

2. Lay out pile positions according to the drawings;

3. Position the drilling rig at the pile position and adjust the angle to be vertical to the ground;

4. Prepare cement slurry and filter it twice into the slurry tank;

5. Drill the drill pipe to the required predetermined depth and carry out jet grouting operation; lifting speed 12-15 cm/min, rotation speed 12-15 r/min, water pressure 28-30 MPa, slurry pressure 1-2 MPa, air pressure 0.7 MPa;

6. When the drill bit is lifted to the hole opening, reduce the pressure of the high-pressure water pump;

7. Pull out the drill pipe, clean the grouting pump, drill pipe, grouting pipe, etc. with clean water, and move the machine to the next pile position for construction.
