6月7日，由云南交投公建六公司承建的宁（蒗）永（胜）高速公路重点控制性工程——新营盘特大桥右幅顺利合龙。
新营盘特大桥全长540.08米，主桥墩最大墩高78.92米，引桥墩台最大桩长38米，桥面为双向四车道。
宁永高速公路是云南省中长期高速公路网规划中泸沽湖至云县的重要组成部分，也是云南省S47（泸沽湖至南涧）的起点段。向北与规划中的西香高速公路相接，向南接华丽高速公路，路线主线全长100.357公里。
