6月6日，渝黔高速公路扩能项目万盛平山产业园特大桥施工现场，桥面沥青铺装施工过半。该桥是渝黔高速公路扩能项目主线特大桥之一，全长1279米，目前已完成总工程量的98%以上，即将完工。
渝黔高速公路扩能项目全长约367公里，其中重庆段全长99.948公里。全线贯通后，将极大改善渝黔高速拥堵状况，形成重庆高速公路网新的重要南北主轴，成为向南经贵州直达广西的出海高速通道。
