Engineering Materials Industry Base Project Completed and Put into Operation

　　Recently, the Subote Western High-Performance Engineering Materials Industry Base Project in Daying County was officially completed and put into operation. The project, invested by Jiangsu Subote New Materials Co., Ltd. with 500 million yuan, will have an annual processing capacity of 300,000 tons of polycarboxylate series products, 100,000 tons of accelerator products, and 100,000 tons of functional cement-based products after reaching full production. The products will be widely used in national key projects and municipal engineering construction such as hydropower, transportation, and municipal works in the central and western regions, covering the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and radiating to Yunnan, Guizhou, and other areas, with annual sales revenue of 1.8 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 200 million yuan.

　　Recently, at the construction site of the R&D office center of Chenggong Heavy Industry (Suining) Machinery Co., Ltd., it was learned that the company's reception center has entered the decoration stage, and the R&D office center is accelerating wall masonry. It is reported that the R&D office center of Chenggong Heavy Industry (Suining) Machinery Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 60 million yuan. Among them, infrastructure investment is 30 million yuan, and R&D office facilities and equipment are 30 million yuan. The R&D office center includes an office building, canteen, training institution, and company reception center. The construction of the R&D office center achieves a fusion of Chinese and Western architectural styles. The main building adopts a reinforced greenhouse structure, and the reception center is built in a Chinese garden style with water features. According to Cai Zhengjun, head of the R&D and manufacturing department of Chenggong Heavy Industry (Suining) Machinery Co., Ltd., the company is increasing construction efforts to strive for completion of the R&D office center in July and gradual use in August.

　　Shangda Electronics Expected to Start Trial Operation of First Production Line by End of May

　　Recently, the Shangda Electronics project located in Suining High-tech Zone is under accelerated construction. At present, the project has completed the main structure capping and rough decoration, and the first production line is expected to enter the factory for trial operation by the end of May. Shangda Electronics has a total investment of about 6 billion yuan, constructed in two phases, covering a total area of about 300 mu, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of COF, FPC, RFPC, PI, and luminescent materials.

　　Suining (Nanba) Airport Relocation Project; Expected Completion by End of June This Year

　　Recently, it was learned that the Suining (Nanba) Airport Relocation Project is expected to be completed by the end of June this year. The project is located in Jieguaning Village, Huilong Town, Suining High-tech Zone. It started construction in January 2018, with a total investment of about 1.957 billion yuan. It is designed to meet the scale of 60,000 hours of teaching flights per year, 200,000 takeoffs and landings per year, and training 300 pilots per year.

According to Duan Zhengquan, head of the Suining (Nanba) Airport Relocation Project, the project is currently undergoing indoor and outdoor decoration of the flight academy campus, and ancillary facilities such as fuel supply and power supply are under urgent construction. 　　Recently, at the construction site of the Hongjiang Ferry Bridge Replacement Project, the site was bustling with machine noise and busy activity. On the wide Fujiang River, the under-construction Hongjiang Ferry Bridge is taking shape, magnificent and grand.

　　It is understood that the Hongjiang Ferry Bridge Replacement Project has a total investment of 230 million yuan. The main line connects Hongjiang Town of Pengxi County on the south side and Huima Town of Daying County on the north side, with a total length of 1,295 meters and a Class II highway standard. The standard road width of the bridge section is 22 meters, the main bridge is 250 meters long, and it has four lanes in both directions.

　　"After more than two years of construction, the Hongjiang Ferry Bridge Replacement Project has completed an investment of 140 million yuan, and the bridge pile foundations, caps, piers, and main piers have all been completed." At the project construction site, Pang Xian'an, chief engineer of the Pengxi County Transportation Bureau, told reporters that in order to accelerate the project, the Pengxi County Transportation Bureau has increased funding and organizational support for the ferry bridge replacement project, ensuring that within May, the main bridge closure, south approach bridge roadbed filling, and north approach bridge connecting line roadbed construction will be achieved, and within June, bridge deck paving and road surface construction will be completed, striving to meet traffic conditions by the end of June as a tribute to the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

　　At the construction site of the Pengchuan Irrigation District Project, it was learned that 7 bid sections of the project are currently advancing simultaneously. Among them, the main dam and No. 3 auxiliary dam of Baihelin Reservoir have been filled to the design elevation, the concrete pouring of No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, and No. 5 auxiliary dams has been completed, and the reservoir bank curtain grouting is 32,500 meters; the canal system excavation has reached 80.78 kilometers, open channel excavation 33.48 kilometers, 73 tunnels have been holed through, and 6 aqueducts have been poured. Three resettlement villages, Baihelin Village, Dingxiangsi Village, and Lingzhi Village, have been fully completed and allocated for occupancy. It is reported that the Pengchuan Irrigation District Project is an expansion irrigation area of the Wudu Water Diversion Project. The project involves three cities and five counties: Mianyang City (Yanting County), Nanchong City (Xichong County), and Suining City (Chuanshan District, Pengxi County, and Shehong City), with a total irrigation area of 947,000 mu. Up to now, the Pengchuan Irrigation District Project has completed a cumulative investment of 2.742 billion yuan, accounting for 74.73% of the total investment. It is expected that by the end of this year, Baihelin Reservoir will have water storage conditions. After the project is completed, it will greatly improve the agricultural and rural production and living conditions in the irrigation area, alleviate the contradiction between human and livestock water supply and demand, ensure food security, promote rural revitalization, and drive high-quality local economic and social development.

　　Pengxi County Urban Old Pipeline Network Renovation Project; Planned Completion Before Spring Festival 2022

　　Recently, on West Street, East Street, Shanghe Street, and Xihu Road in Pengxi County, the old pipeline network renovation project is being carried out intensively and orderly. It is reported that this project is a PPP project for the unified packaged construction and operation of urban sewage treatment facilities in Suining City, and all construction content is planned to be completed before the Spring Festival in 2022. In response to these situations, Yin Jian, technical head of the ecological unit of the Pengxi County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, stated that during the construction process, the construction period will be strictly controlled, project quality supervision will be strengthened, and the principles of minimum interference, shortest construction period, and least disturbance to residents will be adhered to, striving to build the county's old pipeline network renovation project into a "people's project" and a "quality project".
