Plan and start the construction of rooftop parking lots and rotary parking lots, add smart parking roads, accelerate the construction of underground parking lots at the South Square of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Diaotai Square, Liucang Square, Tongyi Square, and the Sports Stadium intersection, start the construction of the underground parking lot at Laodong Road Greenland, and equip 5,000 new energy charging piles.
