In terms of production processes, the newly invented mold closing and opening device and the corresponding mold closing and opening method will effectively reduce labor intensity in the production of precast concrete piles and reduce the wear of mold screws. It overcomes the technical shortcomings of traditional mold closing and opening devices and methods in terms of production safety and production efficiency.

In terms of improving the performance of high-strength precast concrete piles, Jianhua Holdings is optimistic about a high-strength precast concrete pile incorporating fiber-reinforced plastic bars. Fiber-reinforced plastic bars are environmentally friendly building materials characterized by low density, light weight, high tensile strength, and strong corrosion resistance, and can effectively improve the product's bending and uplift resistance. If this high-strength precast concrete pile incorporating fiber-reinforced plastic bars can be mass-produced and brought to market, it can greatly improve the pile body's flexural bearing capacity, vertical uplift bearing capacity, and seismic resistance. Steel reinforcement accounts for nearly 60% of the cost of high-strength precast concrete piles, making it the main cost. The price of high-strength precast concrete piles incorporating fiber-reinforced plastic bars is significantly lower than that of prestressed steel bar and threaded steel bar precast piles, which not only makes projects safer but also effectively saves project costs. Because the newly added fiber-reinforced plastic bars have strong corrosion resistance, the application scope of high-strength precast concrete piles is expanded. In addition to use in foundation engineering construction such as buildings, roads, and wharves, they can also be widely used in slope maintenance and slope anti-slip protection for infrastructure such as highways, railways, and bridges, as well as in deep foundation pit support for industrial and civil buildings.

In promoting new building materials, Jianhua Holdings has seized the opportunity of the vigorous development of ready-mixed mortar in recent years. Overcoming the shortcomings of existing waterproof mortar technology, it has newly developed a waterproof mortar with better water retention, high adhesion, and a long initial setting time. By adjusting the formula, waterproof mortar of strength grades M10 to M30 can be obtained. The newly developed waterproof mortar effectively avoids cracks at connection edges and provides moisture and seepage resistance.

From introducing advanced equipment from Japan, to building and maintaining a professional R&D team, to obtaining a large number of national patent authorizations, Jianhua Holdings has always grasped the development trajectory of China's building pile foundation technology.
