The 940 fixed asset investment projects determined by Xining City have a total investment of 640.4 billion yuan. Among them, 141 industrial projects, including Qinghai Gaoking Photovoltaic Technology Industrial Park's 50GW Czochralski monocrystalline silicon rods, Qinghai Taifeng Xianxing ternary cathode material production, BYD blade battery production, and other projects; 86 agricultural, animal husbandry, and water conservancy projects, mainly including the Dahetan Reservoir project, vegetable science and technology park construction, and other projects; 212 infrastructure projects, mainly including Shidai Avenue road project, Qiyi Road west extension road project, and other projects; 183 social undertaking projects, mainly including Xining Snow Leopard Pavilion, COVID-19 nucleic acid city testing alliance base construction, and other projects; 100 ecological and environmental protection projects, mainly including the International Garden Expo Park construction, Shuihe Zhamalong Ecological Park, Nanchuan River ecological landscape enhancement project, and other projects; 20 commercial and trade circulation projects, mainly including Qinghai International Convention and Exhibition Center, Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Xining Grain and Oil Emergency Reserve Center construction, and other projects. In addition, there are 30 provincial-level projects such as Xining University and the Xining-Qinghai Lake-Chaka (Chahannuo) intercity railway, 55 political and legal and other projects, and 113 real estate projects.
