九江石化新建火炬设施及系统配套部分改造工程因路由长、牵涉范围广、对现有装置生产影响大而成为该公司油品质量升级改造项目的关键线路。
该工程投资额达10629.3万元，基础设计4月获批，6月26日完成新火炬区试桩施工，7月18日完成桩基招标工作，计划工期为13个月，预计2014年9月30日中交。
