据了解，导则从城市设计和建筑单体层面，对住宅外部设计的高度控制、体量控制、交通组织、建筑风格、景观与公共环境等方面提出了相应的要求和建议。在交通组织方面，导则提出，居住人口7000人及以上的居住社区需配建规模不小于100平方米的出租汽车站；居住区内公共活动中心、菜市场等人流较多的公共建筑，应按现行有关规定，就近配建公共停车场（库）；居住区地面机动车停车位数量不宜超过机动车总停车位数量的10％，特殊情况不超过30％。
