　　Tang Liangzhi arrived at the construction site of the Yudaishan Station on the western extension section of Urban Rail Transit Line 4, listened to reports on the overall situation of Chongqing's major projects as well as urban rail, industrial, and transportation projects, and learned about project progress. Tang Liangzhi said that since the beginning of this year, the whole city has focused on the outline of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the various goals and tasks set in the municipal government work report, and has firmly and promptly advanced all work for the year. The city's economy has grown rapidly, with multiple growth drivers, and the development momentum is good. Major project construction is an important lever for implementing the tasks of "stabilizing employment, finance, foreign trade, foreign investment, domestic investment, and expectations" and "ensuring employment, basic livelihood, market entities, food and energy security, stable industrial and supply chains, and grassroots operations." The continuous advancement of major project construction across the city has made new progress, providing strong support for high-quality economic development. It is necessary to establish the orientation of judging heroes by high-quality development and proving real capability through high-quality projects, and effectively promote high-quality development through high-level project construction. It is necessary to adhere to the approach of leading the urban development pattern with rail transit, continue implementing the five-year high-speed rail construction action plan, accelerate the urban rail transit network plan, base planning on "850+" and plan for "1000+", build a "main urban metropolitan area on rails", and improve the level of external connectivity and internal accessibility and interconnection. It is necessary to vigorously advance industrial project construction, promote the early start of new projects, the early commissioning of projects under construction, and the early achievement of full production for projects already commissioned, and promote industrial transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development. All districts, counties, and departments must strengthen overall scheduling, implement the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline and the municipal government work report in a project-based and list-based manner, turn military orders into task books and construction blueprints, carefully handle preliminary work, strengthen factor guarantees, accelerate project construction, and welcome the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party with practical work and achievements.

　　During the inspection, Tang Liangzhi attended and announced the commencement of the concentrated launch of major projects including the fourth phase of Chongqing's urban rail transit.

　　It is understood that from January to February, districts and counties across the city started a total of 251 projects with a total investment of 130 billion yuan. The start rate of municipal-level major industrial projects planned for commencement this year reached 21.2%. The Tiaodeng to Shiqiaopu section of Rail Transit Line 5 was completed and opened to traffic, and the loop line achieved full closed-loop operation. Projects such as the Chongqing-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, Chengdu-Dazhou-Wanzhou High-Speed Railway, Jiangbei Airport T3B and the fourth runway, and the Western Chongqing Water Resources Allocation Project are being accelerated. A total of 33 projects were launched in this concentrated commencement, with a total investment of 108.9 billion yuan. Among them, urban rail transit involves 4 lines with a total investment of 63.2 billion yuan, 24 industrial projects with a total investment of 31.8 billion yuan, and 5 other infrastructure and livelihood projects with a total investment of 13.9 billion yuan.
