Construction Process

　　1. Level the site and mark the hole positions;
　　2. After the rig is in position, adjust the verticality of the mast using the outriggers;
　　3. Test the operation of the grouting pump and conduct a trial spray;
　　4. Rapidly drill the connected drill pipe to the required predetermined depth, then perform jet grouting with a lifting speed of 250-300 mm/min, rotation speed of 15-18 r/min, and pump pressure of 16-20 MPa;
　　5. The high-mast jet grouting rig does not require disassembly of the drill pipe during lifting; observe the grout return condition;
　　6. When the drill pipe is lifted to about one meter from the hole opening, stop grouting and pull out the drill pipe;
　　7. Move the rig to the next hole position;
　　8. Note that the drill pipe does not need frequent flushing; flush once before noon or before leaving work at night, and clean it thoroughly.
